Governance & Accountability

Northbridge Academy operates as a Texas private, online school with a clear governance structure designed to ensure academic quality, financial responsibility, and institutional integrity.

School Leadership

The school is led by the Head of School, who is responsible for:

• Academic leadership and instructional quality
  
  

• Curriculum implementation and assessment
  
  

• Daily operations and student services
  
  

• Compliance with applicable private school standards
  
  

Advisory Board Oversight

The school is supported by a Board of Advisors that provides independent guidance and oversight. The Board does not manage daily operations but serves in an advisory and accountability role.

The Advisory Board:

• Reviews academic performance and school outcomes
  
  

• Reviews financial summaries and operational sustainability
  
  

• Advises on policy updates and institutional growth
  
  

• Supports long-term planning and accountability
  
  

The Board of Advisors meets two to four times per year and maintains written records of its meetings.

Accountability & Transparency

These records are reviewed internally and, when appropriate, by advisory oversight to ensure responsible school operations.
